At LYNN BEAUTY STORE LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products (beauty oils, body oils, and scented candles), we have the following return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened or used beauty oils or body oils
Opened scented candles
Products damaged due to misuse

Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product was unused and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once approved, we will offer:

A replacement product, or
A refund (depending on the situation)

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after review.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Products that have been opened or used
